Rains will intensify in Kerala after September 2 as winds intensify over the Bay of Bengal.  The reason for the rain is the low pressure that forms in the Bay of Bengal.  Although the rain will intensify after Saturday.  Observers of Met Beat Weather say that the rainfall will be heavy in the southern districts in the first phase and then in the northern districts.  More than 250 mm of rain is likely to be received in September.  September will receive more rain than usual.
